The property consists of 5 double rooms with bathroom, independent entrance and porch on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are a double room and 1 small apartment consist of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room with other two sofa-bed to accommodate up to 5 people.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and a private bathroom.

Outside there is a magnificent panoramic terrace, swimming pool with hydromassage, solarium, barbecue area with kitchenette and a large relaxation area.

Situated between the Tyrrhenian coast and the Natural Park of Monti Aurunci, our property enjoys a nice view of the sea and, in fine weather, the Pontine Islands.
